Having practiced employment law since 2003, Mr. Winkelman understands that for every legal problem an employer faces, there can be a unique business solution. Mr. Winkelman leverages this understanding in drafting HR policies and agreements designed to achieve his clients’ strategic business and risk management goals. Mr. Winkelman also regularly represents employers in EEOC and DOL investigations as well as in disputes before judges, juries, and arbitrators. Mr. Winkelman has also served as outside general counsel for several companies, advising them on day-to-day legal issues.

Before joining the Firm, Mr. Winkelman practiced commercial litigation in addition to employment law at some of the largest law firms in the world, representing some of the largest companies in the world.
