This process involves an intense examination of your issue, up to two hours personal consultation with Hopkins Centrich Law, advice as to your rights and options, and our recommendations on next steps and a game plan. For a great many of our clients, this initial consultation is all they need. For others, they take the recommendations and game plan and retain Hopkins Centrich Law Law Firm to implement it. Hopkins Centrich Law Law Firm is a Texas law firm. Our only office is in Houston, Texas. Our lawyers are licensed to practice only in Texas. Most of the matters we handle have some relationship to Texas: The client lives in Texas. The other party or the company is in Texas. Or the company was created under Texas law.
We practice in courts all over the state of Texas and sometimes practice outside of the state. We have handled litigation in Delaware, New York, California, and other states, but we are permitted to do so only when we are working with a local lawyer. Because of the added expense of paying two law firms, most out-of-state clients opt to find a lawyer where they live. However, many of them hire us to consult with their legal team on strategy and tactics so that they have the benefit of our experience without the full expense of having us travel out of state to handle the lawsuit ourselves. But if you want us and are willing and able to hire local counsel, then we are ready to travel wherever we are needed to serve you.
