With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Hopkins represents clients in business disputes involving the following areas of law: arbitration; partnerships; corporations; fiduciary duties; deceptive trade practices (DTPA); banking; financial services; employment (non-compete, non-solicit, non-contact, non-disclosure, termination, benefits, age discrimination (ADEA), overtime (FLSA), sexual harassment); health; oil and gas; oilfield services; trade secrets; real estate (landlord / tenant); construction; trials; and appeals. Prior to beginning his private practice, Mr. Hopkins was a Briefing Attorney for two years at the Thirteenth Court of Appeals in Edinburg and Corpus Christi, Texas.
